Service Desk Manager
Hello there, I'm the Service Desk Manager here at Lucidica. That means my job is to ensure that all engineers are resolving their jobs in a timely manner and clearing their queues. Simply, what that means is that I manage the engineering team’s resourcing and SLA compliance. Additionally, I am also an engineer and am still doing the day to day IT jobs that come in through our queue as well! I really like working at Lucidica because it gives me the opportunity to constantly develop and provides me with new challenges which i need to succeed. When I am not at Lucidica supporting clients and the engineering team, you can find me visiting historic sites in London or riding my motorcycle around the city. Here I am diving on a diving trip in Tenerife, Spain.
